I grew up in an exurb of Cleveland, Ohio with my five sisters and four brothers in the lovely three bedroom ranch home shown above. No basement but plenty of open space for a “free range” childhood experience. After starting my career as a draftsman at Tyler Elevator in September of 1981 I made the switch to IT in 1985. I have been a professional in the Information Technology field for over thirty- six years. I believe in providing thoughtful, honest, adaptable and beneficial IT support at a reasonable hourly rate.
